Join Us: Deltabase at Business Culture Connected’s Flagship Autumn Conference
We’re excited to share that Deltabase will be back on stage at Business Culture Connected’s Annual Conference, a full-day, in-person gathering of CPOs, HRDs and people leaders taking place on Tuesday 22nd September 2026 at Squire Patton Boggs, 60 London Wall, London.
This year’s theme is one every people leader is grappling with: turning culture from a values statement into a genuine, investible business asset.
Boards no longer see culture as a supportive backdrop. They expect it to enable strategy delivery, speed up decision-making, shape leadership behaviour and help organisations adapt at pace. Add sustained economic pressure, rapid AI adoption and shifting workforce expectations, and HR leaders are increasingly asked to prove that case with evidence, not sentiment.
It’s a conversation Deltabase exists to support, and this September we’re bringing it to the main stage.
What Deltabase Will Be Doing on the Day
Our CEO & Co-Founder, Phil Spratt, has two roles at this year’s conference.
He’s hosting the invite-only Boardroom Discussion & Lunch (11:20–12:20) for CPOs and HRDs, a closed-door session for senior leaders to compare notes candidly on the culture challenges they’re facing.
He’s also chairing the afternoon panel, “From Insight to Impact: Rethinking How Organisations Measure, Understand and Act on Culture” (14:00–14:30), with:
Kerri O’Neill, Chief People Officer UK & Ireland, Ipsos
Paul Morris, Internal Communications, Culture & Engagement Director, Standard Life
Nick Holmes, VP Learning & Culture, Avalere Health
Bushra Baig-Daykin, Associate Director of Inclusion, Alzheimer’s Society
The panel picks up a question we hear constantly from HR leaders using Deltabase: organisations are gathering more engagement and sentiment data than ever, but many are still struggling to convert it into insight leadership trusts, let alone action people can see and feel.
Beyond the Agenda: What You’ll Gain
For HR practitioners and culture experts, the value isn’t really in the agenda itself. It’s in what you can do differently once you’re back at your desk.
Perry Timms, HR 3.0 pioneer, three-time author and organisational futurist, opens the day with a practical framework for building adaptive, future-ready culture. Case studies from Pernod Ricard, Mars and the Financial Times set out what’s actually worked when tackling manager capability, transformation and AI adoption at scale, rather than the theory of it.
There’s also a direct case for culture investment. The panel “Culture as a growth strategy, not a values poster” gives you the ROI argument to take back to your board, while a dedicated session on change fatigue addresses a challenge most HR leaders are living with right now. Our own panel, “From Insight to Impact,” chaired by Phil Spratt, sits alongside these, tackling the gap most culture programmes fall into: data that surfaces problems but never quite drives the decisions it should.
And beyond the sessions themselves, the day is built for connection, from morning coffee through to post-conference drinks, with direct access to CPOs, HRDs and culture leaders facing the same pressures you are.
Who Should Attend
This is a senior, practical forum for:
HR Directors and Chief People Officers looking for a stronger, evidence-based case to bring culture into boardroom decisions
Senior People, Culture and Engagement leaders wanting frameworks and peer benchmarks they can apply immediately
Anyone responsible for culture strategy, employee listening, transformation or organisational development, looking to move beyond survey data and into real, visible action
If your role involves making the case for culture in the boardroom, or closing the gap between insight and action, this is built for you.
