Deltabase, the AI-driven home of competitor intelligence for the world’s leading management consultancies and enterprise strategists, has officially announced the relocation of its headquarters to Liverpool.
Founded in 2019 by former Accenture, PwC, and Microsoft executives — Phil Spratt (CEO), Alastair Whiteley, and David Rowe — Deltabase is revolutionizing how global business leaders access and act on competitor intelligence through next-generation artificial intelligence.
With a rapidly expanding customer base across Europe and North America, Deltabase is already trusted by many of the world’s top consulting and professional services firms. The company is on track for continued growth, with revenues doubling year-on-year.
A Strategic and Personal Move
The decision to move the company’s headquarters is both strategic and deeply personal. CEO and co-founder Phil Spratt, an alumnus of the University of Liverpool, is passionate about building one of the UK’s next major technology success stories from the city.
“Liverpool gave me the foundation for my career, and I’m proud to bring Deltabase’s headquarters here as we scale,” said Phil Spratt, CEO and co-founder of Deltabase. “We’re building a world-class business in AI-powered intelligence, already supporting clients across Europe and North America — and Liverpool will be at the heart of our continued growth.”
Anchoring Operations and Investing in the Region
The Liverpool HQ will anchor Deltabase’s operations, while the company continues to maintain strong commercial ties to both London and Manchester. Deltabase also plans to partner closely with the University of Liverpool to foster new talent and support the city’s growing technology ecosystem.
“Liverpool has the talent, ambition, and community to foster the next generation of globally ambitious tech businesses,” added Spratt.
