Deltabase has been named Winner of “Best Use of Technology &/or Analytics for Business Culture” at the 2025 Business Culture Awards, alongside our brilliant partners at KPMG.
I’m feeling a real mix of pride and gratitude.
Proud because this award recognises something we’ve believed from day one: culture shouldn’t be a mystery, and it definitely shouldn’t be left to gut feel when the stakes are high.
Grateful because it takes an exceptional group of people (and partners) to turn that belief into something that genuinely changes decisions.
What makes this win especially meaningful is the reason behind it.
The judges recognised the work for using AI-powered analytics to bring a more holistic view of culture into real leadership decisions, especially in M&A, where culture is often treated as “soft stuff” until it’s too late.
As Chau Woeste, Partner at KPMG Deal Advisory, put it: “It is an example of how AI can be ‘a force of good’, to go beyond the usual focus on efficiency, and allowing us to tackle tricky business challenges in new and innovative ways.”
That really resonates, because it’s exactly what we’re trying to build: something rigorous, but still human. Something fast, but not shallow. Something that gives leaders clarity, so they can act with confidence and empathy.
A huge thank you to the teams behind this work at Deltabase and KPMG. You’ve put in the unglamorous hours, the careful thinking, and the real-world testing that makes moments like this possible.
And to everyone who has backed us, challenged us, introduced us, and trusted us, thank you. This is one of those moments that reminds you why the hard bits are worth it.
