Deltabase in 2025 — Building Momentum, People-First

A Year Defined by Growth, Belief and Momentum
2025 was a defining year for Deltabase. Not because of a single announcement or milestone, but because of how each step built on the last. People, place, recognition, belief and product all moved forward together.
Here’s our year in review.
February: Strengthening the Team Behind the Intelligence
We began the year by investing in people.
In January, Nico Marias joined Deltabase as a Data Engineer, strengthening the foundations of our data platform and enabling faster, more reliable insight delivery. In February, Aparna Viswanathan joined as our Company Intelligence Analyst, deepening our ability to surface meaningful insights from people and culture data. Alongside her, Leroy Hall joined as Head of Marketing, shaping how we communicate those insights to the market with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
These hires marked an important shift; not just growth in headcount, but growth in our capability. They helped sharpen how Deltabase connects rigorous analysis with real-world people & culture use cases.
June: Relocating to Liverpool
In June, Deltabase took a major step forward by relocating our HQ to Liverpool.
This wasn’t just a change of address. It was a statement of intent. Liverpool’s energy, talent pool and growing tech ecosystem align perfectly with our ambition to build a globally relevant intelligence platform rooted in the UK, but designed for international scale.
And to everyone who has backed us, challenged us, introduced us, and trusted us, thank you. This is one of those moments that reminds you why the hard bits are worth it.
November: Recognition at the Business Culture Awards
In November, our work was recognised at the 2025 Business Culture Awards, where Deltabase was proud to take home a win alongside our valued partners KPMG for the Best Use of Technology & Analytics for Business Culture.
This moment mattered because it validated what our founders believed from the start: culture is not intangible or secondary. It’s measurable, comparable and strategically critical. The award recognised not just our platform, but the broader shift we’re helping to drive in how organisations understand people and culture as sources of competitive advantage.
December: Investment to Fuel the Next Phase
December marked another major milestone for Deltabase. River Capital Fund AI and EHE Venture Studio invested in Deltabase in an EIS growth funding round. This investment will support the continued scaling of our AI-powered platform, helping businesses understand their competitors through people and culture, not just financial performance.
Securing backing from these two specialised AI investors reinforced our belief that the market is ready for a new way of measuring critical people & culture metrics grounded in evidence, benchmarkingand human insight.
Ongoing: Launching Deltabase One
Throughout 2025, we’ve been busy building towards something bigger.
Deltabase One is our integrated people and culture intelligence platform, bringing together insights across culture, workforce and talent into a single, unified platform.
Designed specifically for consultancies, private equity portfolio teams and a growing corporate audience, Deltabase One supports work across:
- Transformation and change programmes
- Strategy development
- M&A and due diligence
- Direct competitor benchmarking
It backs-up professional judgement with evidence, enabling consultants and senior leaders to move faster, speak with greater authority, and ground their decisions in actionable intelligence, not assumptions.
Deltabase One: Early Adopter Cohort Program (Q1 2026)
In early 2026, we will run an early adopter cohort program for a maximum of five consulting partners who wish to differentiate themselves from competitors, meet client demand for quality people & culture benchmarking and demonstrate clear, measurable ROI from use of cutting-edge AI tooling.
Deltabase One:
- One integrated people & culture intelligence platform
- Purpose-built early adopter cohort program for consultancies working with clients on transformation, strategy and M&A use cases
- A clear point of differentiation in a crowded advisory market
- Direct answers to client demand for quality benchmarking and competitor comparison
- Demonstrable and measurable ROI from AI tooling
As we close 2025, Deltabase stands on a strong foundation.
2025 was about momentum. 2026 is about scale.
Thank you to our team, partners, investors and clients for being part of the journey.
